The Electro Harmonix POG2 was dead on arrival, so back to Guitar Center it went. After standing with my hands in my pockets for 30 minutes waiting for GC employees to prove I wasn’t lying that the pedal was dead and then slowly tap my info into their computer system several times, they just handed my a computer printout and said, “Well UPS should have it to you in another five business days or so…”

Really? You don’t have an extra pedal in the back, Guitar Center?  I’m surrounded by shitty modelling processors and solid state amps stacked nearly to the ceiling, but we don’t have a single shipment from Electro Harmonix anywhere in the building.
